He resides in Maria Stein with his wife Beth and their four children Lucy, Beau, Easton, and Sunni. In his free time he enjoys helping coach Marion Local football, helping coach his kids teams, being active in his church, and taking time to travel with his family.  

Dr. Joshua Werling was born and raised in St. Henry where he graduated from St. Henry High School in 2007. He then attended Ohio Dominican University for 3 years before being accepted early into The OSU College of Optometry. Dr. Werling graduated cum laude from OSU in 2014 and shortly after began his Optometry career at Mercer In-Sight, LLC.
 

He resides in St. Henry, OH with his wife Kelly and their two daughters Mya and Madelyn. In his free time he enjoys helping coach St. Henry Redskins football, helping with their athletic programs, and spending time with his family!

Dr. Megan Krebs is 2007 graduate of Wapakoneta High School. She attended The Ohio State University, graduating cum laude with honors in 2011 with her bachelor’s degree in biology and cum laude in 2015 with her doctorate in optometry. In 2016, Dr. Krebs completed a year-long residency in Ocular Disease at the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Dayton, Ohio. She is a member of the American Optometric Association, Ohio Optometric Association, Beta Sigma Kappa International Optometric Honor Society, and is currently pursuing her fellowship in the American Academy of Optometry. She resides in Columbus with her husband Jon and daughter Wren.    

Dr. Ryan R. Rutschilling was raised in Celina, OH and graduated from Celina High School in 2011. After high school, he attended Capital University double majoring in Chemistry and Biochemistry. In 2015, he graduated summa cum laude from Capital with a bachelor’s degree and continued on to The Ohio State University College of Optometry. Dr. Rutschilling graduated magna cum laude from the OSU College of Optometry in 2019 with a doctorate of optometry degree. After optometry school, he began a two-year Cornea and Contact Lens Fellowship at Ohio State. In 2021, he completed his Fellowship and received a master of science degree in vision science. He is a member of the American Optometric Association, Ohio Optometric Association, Beta Sigma Kappa International Optometric Honor Society, and is currently pursuing his fellowship in the American Academy of Optometry. He resides in Celina with his wife, Abbey. Dr. Rutschilling will be seeing patients in our Celina, Van Wert, and Anna offices!

Dr. Jared Coleman grew up in Tiffin, Ohio and graduated from New Riegel High School in 2015. He then attended The Ohio State University where he graduated magna cum lade with his Bachelor's degree in biology in 2019. He then attended The Ohio State University College of Optometry and graduated in 2023 with both his doctorate in optometry and master’s degree in vision science. During optometry school he was involved in the Beta Sigma Kappa optometric honor society and the Epsilon Psi Epsilon optometric fraternity. Dr Coleman first became interested in optometry after he got his first pair of OrthoK lenses in the fifth grade! He was amazed that he could read all the street signs on his way home from the one-day follow up and was interested ever since! 

In his free time, he enjoys running, going to the gym, spending time outdoors, watching/attending sporting events, and spending time with family.
